Is the free trial really free?
Yes. The trial ends after 30 consults or 14 days, whichever comes first. No card is needed. Dose and fluid calculations use no consult credits, but require an active trial or subscription.
What counts as a consult?
A consult is one AI scribe note, one generated prescription or one records recap. Dose calculations, fluid rates, and patient records never use up consults.
Is Pro really unlimited?
For real-world practice, yes. We do not meter your consults or stop you mid-visit once you are paying, so you never have to ration notes at the end of a busy month.
Who needs a paid clinic seat?
Paid seats are for the owner and doctors. Laboratory and radiography staff, receptionists, assistants, accountants and groomers join free, collectively up to six people per paid seat. A clinic has 2 to 20 paid seats. Monthly and yearly billing share consults across the team; yearly gives two months free per seat. Accountants and groomers cannot open clinical records.
What is included for a clinic?
Shared clinical work includes lab and imaging requests, checked results and patient result history. Optional tools cover hospital treatment sheets, boarding daily logs, grooming queues, price lists, estimates and work done, recorded client payments, split methods, installments, numbered receipts and cashier drawers. Owners and accountants review finance and staff pay, with Jalali or Gregorian months, approvals and manually recorded staff payments. VetDoze records payments; it does not process cards or connect to banks.
Do diagnostic-only visits use a consult credit?
No. A laboratory or imaging visit needs no SOAP consultation and uses no subscription consult credit. The clinic can still charge for its diagnostic services and record client payments. Turning the visit into a consultation counts as one consult.
